Assessment
Homework: There are a few homework assignments outside the MWF class. Submission rules for the other section apply here. Quizzes: There are no extra quizzes outside the MWF class. Project: To challenge you as Honors students, there will be some activities throughout the semester in addition to a semester analysis project and presentation. The project is to tie in all the learned elements of statistical analyses that start from the idea, to the execution, through the collection all the way to the analyses and presentation. Most meetings will be a discussion platform for group collaborations. See Project tab for more details. Attendance: This section will meet once per month, on the first Wednesday of the month. Since you are receiving an extra designation (HON), you need to come to the recitation meetings. Part of your grade depends on whether or not you attend most recitation meetings. Life does happen so if you know you will miss a recitation meeting, I need to know before the class. Missing more than one (excused or not) will most likely affect your grade.
